  In mid November 2009 my 16 year old daughter was learning to drive. One day I took her out driving and she was really doing well, so well when we got home I told her to park in the driveway next to the garage. She put the car in drive instead of reverse to get into the spot. Her car went into the garage and a part of the side of my house leaving the garage pushed back and a big hole in the stucco on the side of my house. It was a disaster to look and a security issue due to the fact that the garage door was off the track and was unable to close. The whole foundation was pushed back and it virtually looked like the house was going to fall down, there was stucco and the wood frame all over.   We called about 6 contractors for estimates. Half the people that advertised that they were "experts" in stucco work came out and said that they were unable to fix it. The other 3 were "confident' that could attempt to fix it. Jon was one of the contractors that was able to fix it, in fact he was the only one that we felt was able to do the job properly. We preceded to get estimates from the 3, Lutteroty Stucco was one of them. The 3 estimates came in, 2 estimates were considerably higher than the one (one as high as 4 times the amount from Jon). Since we were confident with Jon even before his estimate came in we decided to go with Lutteroty Stucco. We scheduled a time for the work with Jon. He came out on the day he said, on time and ready to do the job. He did this on 2 separates days. One day to fix the framing and a second to complete the work after the concrete dried. He did an absolutely fantastic job. He fixed the pushed back frame, repaired the stucco work to match the house. He was clean, fast and efficient. He cleaned up the area and left me with a house that truly looked great. We are so happy with our decision to use Lutteroty Stucco. He was not a family friend or even a recommendation, we called him from the internet with glowing results. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a stucco situation, he's amazing, nice and efficient.   I have lived with this portion of my house not being finished for about 5 years. 2 years ago we contacted you in regards to this project and you responded with a fair and reasonable job quote. We however decided to put it off again. During this time on a few visits to the Q-mart and personal references I obtained, I decided to move forward.  The work was done very professionally. The job makes my wife and I both very proud. This awesome job was done in 2 steps and at a reasonable time. Stucco & Stone. Both of these jobs were managed together without a delay.

  We are very pleased with the job you did powerwashing and scrubbing our stucco home.  Stains we thought would never come off without serious damage to the stucco were removed with great care.  We are also greatful for the way you handled the one minor problem - the breaking of a plastic fireplace vent on the side of the chimney.  Your respnse was great customer service!  You explained how it might have happened (brittle plastic), and that you would be out the next working day to fix it.  We couldn't ask for more than that!  A neighbor referred you to us, and we will definitely give your name to other people in the neighborhood.  Superb customer service is not only defined by the quality of the job, but also by how problems are handled.  On both counts you get two thumbs up from us.
